M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate Banquet Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. We're an award-winning catering company based in Phoenix, AZ (we're talking TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR & GREAT PLACE TO WORK three years running!).
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook large batches of food according to approved recipes, production sheets, and specifications.
  • Measure, weigh, and portion ingredients accurately.
  • Follow required cooking times, temperatures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor food throughout the cooking process to prevent overcooking, undercooking, contamination, or unnecessary waste.
  • Verify the appearance, texture, flavor, temperature, and consistency of finished products.
  • Properly document batch information, temperatures, ingredient usage, and production results.
  • Identify and report product quality issues immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and company procedures.
  • Safely operate industrial cooking and food production equipment.
  • Communicate clearly with leads, supervisors, and other production employees.
  • Help reduce production errors, product loss, and ingredient waste.

Required Qualifications
