Position Summary

As an Cash Operations Technician you will be responsible for managing cash operations and performing first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment throughout your assigned territory.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently while combining customer service, cash management, route operations, and basic troubleshooting responsibilities.

What You'll Do

Cash Operations

  • Replenish ATM cash inventories
  • Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls
  • Deliver coin orders and process deposits
  • Follow all cash handling and security procedures
  • Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently

Equipment Support

  • Clear ATM jams
  • Replenish receipt paper
  • Perform machine diagnostics
  • Reboot equipment
  • Install software updates
  • Escalate advanced issues to skilled technical support team

Customer Service

  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Respond to customer needs professionally
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
  • Complete all service documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities

Preferred

  • Cash handling experience
  • Route-based service experience
  • Mechanical or technical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience working in a customer-facing field environment
