Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of three Rita’s Italian Ice stores, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Staff Management:

    • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store managers and staff.

    • Develop a positive culture and motivate employees to reach their highest potential.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to ensure optimal staff performance.

  • Operations Oversight:

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

    • Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee maintenance of shop equipment.

    • Analyze store performance data and implement business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

  • Customer Experience:

    • Ensure exceptional customer service across all locations.

    • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

    • Implement marketing initiatives and local promotions to boost sales.

  • Financial Management:

    • Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

    • Analyze sales trends and operational performance to drive sales initiatives.
