Job Description

Ensure efficient operation of case packing equipment

-Lock out equipment and Clear Jams

-Assist with setups and change overs

-Perform quality checks regularly

- Ensure case equipment is supplied with required materials (glue, boxes and labels)

-  Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safety issues to your supervisor and or Maintenance personal.

 - Complete documentation, maintain accurate report and log as required.

- Follow safety regulations

-Maintain the work area clean  

Qualifications

-Must be mechanically incline

-Machine operator experience (Douglas case packer experience is a ++)

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

- Use hand and do repetitive motion

- Must be able to work 10 hours shift.

-May also engaged in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts

-Due to the environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperatures conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.

-Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

-Ability to participate in job development training

-Must have reliable transportation and good stable job history.

-Must have HS diploma or GED.
