Job description

The Case Packer Operator is responsible for running case packing equipment on the production line to pack finished products safely and correctly. This role supports daily operations by keeping the line running smoothly and communicating any issues to the shift lead or supervisor. The operator helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follows all company safety and quality guidelines. This position also works closely with team members and interacts respectfully with visitors and management.


  • Efficiently operate and perform changeovers on Case Packer equipment for 25.4 oz, 40oz, 48 oz club, and 72 oz bottle configurations.
  • Calibrate equipment before and after production runs to ensure proper operation.
  • Partner with Maintenance during breakdowns to understand equipment functions and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and identify root causes of equipment faults.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain established OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) standards.
  • Complete hourly and daily Redzone checks accurately and on time.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintain an organized work area.
  • Communicate operational issues effectively with Shift Leads, Supervisors, and Plant Leadership.
  • Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, LOTO, Food Safety, Injury & Illness Prevention Program, and company SOP requirements.
  • Support and promote safe working conditions for employees and visitors.
  • Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with employees, visitors, and management.
  • Safely start up and shut down production lines according to established procedures.
  • Utilize MVP1 to submit work requests as necessary
  • Chemical Handling: Knowledge of Titration or concentration testing for CIP Chemicals (Caustic)
  • Lockout/Tagout: Training for Safe Cleanings of Equipment
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to identify root causes of equipment failure (seal leaks and faulted pumps)
  • 5S experience & Kaizen to reduce waste
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Plant Management.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb stairs and ladders, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Two years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Redzone applications preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across all units of measure.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to consistent standards and operational excellence.
  • Exhibit dependable performance and a team-first mindset.
  • Maintain required training compliance.
  • Demonstrate competency and working knowledge of equipment operation.

This position is classified as Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime) and salary range for this position is $19.00 โ€“ $24.00/hour.ย
