The Treasury Management Associate is responsible for managing an assigned Treasury Management portfolio by advancing pipeline activity and owning sales execution from client meetings through pricing, proposal development, and submission to implementation in partnership with Commercial Banking.
As a Treasury Management Associate, you will:
  • Manage Treasury Management sales opportunities from client meeting through implementation submission by completing pricing, creating proposals, supporting deposit and rate execution, and advancing opportunities through the sales process.
  • Partner closely with the Commercial Banking team and internal partners to advance new and existing business, coordinate strategy sessions, maintain strong client responsiveness, and support commercial banker education on Treasury solutions.
  • Submit completed requests directly to implementation while supporting onboarding readiness and execution follow-through.
  • Prepare client and internal sales materials including presentations, pricing summaries, and proposal inputs, leveraging TM Admin support as needed.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio by understanding top client industries, coordinating pre-call and post-call planning, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, and tracking calling activity and meetings in Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Promote strong client experience through responsiveness, accuracy, and coordination across the sales and implementation process.
  • Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years in Treasury Management, payments, banking, or related client support
  • Demonstrates ability to manage an assigned portfolio, complete pricing and proposals, and move opportunities from client engagement through submission to implementation.
