Job Purpose
CASE Construction Equipment is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our commercial business across the Eastern United States and Eastern Canada.
As the senior commercial leader for the region, you will partner with our independent CASE dealer network to develop business strategies, strengthen dealer performance, build executive customer relationships, and drive profitable growth. Leading a high-performing field sales team, you'll work cross-functionally to execute regional business plans and deliver exceptional results for our dealers and customers.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational execution, possesses exceptional business and financial acumen, and demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the construction equipment industry, competitive landscape, dealer operations, and customer buying behaviors. This leader excels at influencing others without direct authority and, through collaboration, coaching, and disciplined execution, develops both the CASE organization and its dealer partners to achieve sustainable long-term success
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Partner with CASE dealers to grow market share and improve business performance.
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies.
  • Build relationships with dealer principals and key customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
  • Solve complex business challenges and drive sustainable results.
  • Partner with dealers to develop and execute annual business plans focused on retail sales growth, customer acquisition, market penetration, operational excellence, and long-term profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and dealer performance to identify strategic opportunities and develop actionable business plans.
  • Lead the successful execution of regional commercial initiatives, product launches, and customer-focused growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Network Development, Aftermarket, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Solutions, and CNH Capital to deliver an exceptional dealer and customer experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the dealer network by providing market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and recommendations that influence future products, services, and commercial strategies.
  • Evaluate complex business situations involving dealer performance, customer relationships, competitive threats, and financial considerations while developing practical, data-driven solutions that deliver sustainable results.
  • Drive accountability for retail performance, wholesale execution, inventory management, profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall regional business performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership development while developing future commercial leaders.
  • Represent CASE Construction Equipment with professionalism and integrity at dealer meetings, customer events, industry associations, and major trade shows.

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Agriculture, or a related field is required. MBA or advanced business education is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the construction equipment, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or a comparable dealer-based distribution environment.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $153,000.00 - $235,175.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
