Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Suwanee, GA and part of DEVELON's Marketing team. The Product Marketing Specialist will support DEVELON's go-to-market efforts through product messaging, launch content development, dealer enablement materials, and customer-facing marketing communications. This role will work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and agency partners to develop clear, compelling content that supports product positioning, launches, trade shows, and dealer engagement across DEVELON's equipment portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
Product Messaging & Positioning
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks for DEVELON's equipment portfolio focused on value propositions and customer-relevant feature narratives
• Translate engineering specs and product briefs into compelling content that dealers and customers act on
• Maintain a product messaging library that keeps all content accurate and consistent across channels
Product Launch Content
• Lead content development for new equipment introductions including campaign narratives, announcement copy, dealer communications, and customer-facing feature content
• Develop launch content packages that agency partners can execute from
• Write and deliver launch assets on schedule in alignment with campaign timelines
Dealer Enablement Content
• Produce dealer-ready content that equips the DEVELON network to present, demonstrate, and sell equipment confidently
• Develop competitive battle cards, product comparison guides, and objection-handling tools
• Write dealer-facing announcements and program communications in clear, actionable language
Trade Show & Event Content
• Develop messaging and written content for trade shows, field events, and regional activations
• Write booth copy, on-site materials, and attendee communications; provide agencies with approved messaging to execute against
• Produce post-event content and follow-up communications for dealer and customer audiences
AI-Powered Content Scale
• Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting, adapt messaging across formats and audiences, and maintain high-volume quality output
• Build repeatable content frameworks that reduce time-to-deploy for recurring content needs
• Model best practices for AI-assisted content creation across the team

Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a closely related marketing role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling, audience-appropriate marketing content across formats including web, email, print, and presentations
• Ability to translate technical or product information into persuasive customer-facing messaging
• Comfortable working in a lean team environment with external agency partners, contributing as an individual content creator
• Proficiency with AI-assisted content tools and a working knowledge of how to integrate them into a content workflow
• Strong ability to manage multiple content deliverables simultaneously without sacrificing quality or accuracy
Preferred
• Background or familiarity with construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industrial categories
• Experience supporting product launches end-to-end from messaging development through content deployment
• Familiarity with trade show and dealer event content development
