Welding Team Member - Join Our Team
Position Overview
Kubota Manufacturing of America in Gainesville, GA is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Welding Team Members. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality products while working in a collaborative and safety-focused environment. Success in this position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely assemble and weld components in accordance with established work instructions and standard cycle times
  • Operate welding and assembly equipment effectively and in compliance with safety standards
  • Verify part numbers and ensure all components are correctly assembled before proceeding
  • Collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain standardized processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness through 5S practices, including proper tool and jig management
  • Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and all company policies
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and comprehension)
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
  • Hands-on experience with MIG welding

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, welding, or assembly environments
  • Knowledge of MIG welding processes and equipment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require working in varying temperatures.
