Primary Duties:
Support overall administrative and operational activities.
This role is responsible for assisting with vendor management, invoice and payment processing, administrative support, AP/AR-related activities, and general office and operational support functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Support daily administrative and operational activities for the office and warehouse
  • Manage vendor communications, service requests, and follow-up activities
  • Process and track invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and related documentation through internal systems (SAP, approval systems, etc.)
  • Support administrative and operational activities including AP/AR processing, inventory tracking, and documentation management
  • Coordinate office supplies, company assets, and general purchasing activities
  • Support general warehouse and operational activities as needed
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and operational records as required
  • Assist with mail/shipping operations and general office logistics
  • Support compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
  • Perform other administrative and operational support duties assigned by management

Recommended Skill Set:
  • Administrative, AP/AR, or office operations experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments in a professional manner
  • Basic understanding of office, warehouse, and operational support activities preferred
  • Ability to work independently and support cross-functional operations
