Platschef till John Deere i Emmaboda

John Deere ar den marknadsledande skogsmaskintillverkaren i varlden. Vi har verksamhet i ett stort antal lander med tillverkning av skogsmaskiner i Finland och USA. John Deere Forestry AB ar det svenska aterforsaljningsbolaget for skogsmaskiner, med huvudkontor i Marsta, med ett stort antal verkstader runt om i landet. I Marsta finns ocksa huvudlagret for reservdelar till de europatillverkade maskinmodellerna.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Vi soker nu en platschef till var serviceanlaggning i Emmaboda. Du kommer att ansvara for drift och utveckling av service- och reservdelsverksamheten. Serviceanlaggningen har fokus pa snabb och kompetent service och att kunna leverera ratt reservdelar over disk. Som platschef jobbar du med kontinuerlig utveckling av verksamheten nar det galler servicetackning och problemlosning. En viktig del for att fa detta att fungera kommer vara samverkan med andra avdelningar inom foretaget sa som t ex. saljare, produktspecialister och medarbetare pa huvudkontoret och centrallagret i Marsta.

Att bygga varaktiga relationer med saval befintliga som potentiella kunder blir en viktig del i ditt arbete som platschef. Huvudfokus ar att mota kundernas forvantningar och att maximera kundnojdhet pa ett lonsamt satt for kunder och John Deere.

Forutom att ansvara for anlaggningens utveckling av reservdels-och serviceforsaljning ingar i arbetsuppgifterna aven medarbetaransvar, budget- och resultatansvar. Platschefen ar ocksa ansvarig for miljo och sakerhet pa verkstaden.

Vem ar du?

Vi soker dig med nagra ars erfarenhet av verkstads- och reservdelsdrift. Du har goda ledaregenskaper och garna tidigare erfarenhet som chef. Vi ser det som meriterande om du har erfarenhet av forandringsarbete.  Du ar van att arbeta sjalvstandigt och har ett affarsmassigt forhallningssatt.

Som person ar du engagerad och trivs i en varierad arbetsvardag dar du ges friheten att arbeta med stor egenpaverkan, att du har ett eget driv ar darfor ett maste.

Da tjansten har manga kontaktytor, bade interna samt externa, ar B-korkort ett krav samt att du skriver och talar svenska och engelska val.
