In this role, you'll serve as a trusted consultant and product expert, helping financial representatives navigate complex client situations, identify opportunities, and position solutions with confidence. You'll provide product guidance, case consultation, competitive insights, and sales support that help drive financial services growth.

How does this role make an impact?
- Life and Investment product expertise for representatives, Home Office, and field partners to help drive financial services growth.
- Provides centralized support assisting reps and connecting them with partners as necessary.
- Maintain relationships with internal partners such as Agency Training and Marketing to assist in developing, designing and implementing training and marketing efforts to launch and support products and related efforts.
- Collaborate with field and home office areas to meet company goals through aligning wholesaling efforts to local needs and capacity utilizing communications platforms to promote life / investments products.
- Uses industry knowledge including competitive position among peer companies to assist with life and investment case preparations.
- Accurately report individual wholesaling activities (case preparations, consultations, referrals to other field support areas, etc.) in applicable systems (CRM, spreadsheets, Teams, etc.) for timely management reporting of results to drive company growth.
- Assists management with reporting needs, competitive research and analysis, presentation and research materials, and coordinating internal processes.

  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Series 6 and 63 (or equivalent)
  • Life/Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Base Pay Range:
$78,800-$108,350
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
