Job Summary

TLC is expanding its nationwide network of restaurant and small business partnerships, and we are looking for driven, high-energy Field Sales Agents to help grow our footprint across the U.S.

This is a remote outbound sales role focused on prospecting, cold outreach, relationship-building, and partner acquisition.

We are seeking individuals who are comfortable with high-volume outbound activity, confident speaking with business owners, and motivated by performance-based earning potential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting outbound cold calls and email outreach to restaurants and small businesses across the U.S.

  • Introducing prospective partners to TLC’s loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement programs

  • Generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting and research

  • Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers

  • Managing pipeline activity and follow-up within CRM platforms

  • Meeting outreach, lead generation, and partnership targets

  • Collaborating with internal teams to support onboarding and partner success

Who we're looking for:

  • Availability to work part time as a freelancer

  • Availability to work US hours

Core Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, call center sales, lead generation, or business development

  • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable handling objections and maintaining consistent outbound activity

  • Customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently

  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

  • Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven

  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Preferred Skills (Bonus Qualifications)

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems

  • Familiarity with AI research and productivity tools

  • Experience drafting outreach scripts, sales messaging, or email sequences

  • Lead generation and prospect research experience using online databases and digital tools

  • Experience selling to restaurants, hospitality, retail, or SMB businesses is a plus

Compensation
