Job description

STARK is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our East Rutherford team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants steady, full-time employment with a respected luxury brand.
You'll be part of a collaborative delivery team responsible for safely transporting and handling high-end carpets and rugs for clients throughout NYC and surrounding boroughs. We value professionalism, care, and teamwork, plus we provide training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
  • Safely handle, load, and deliver premium carpets and rugs
  • Navigate service entrances, elevators, and urban delivery environments
  • Work closely with teammates and warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Represent STARK professionally in client homes and buildings
  • Confirm completed deliveries and communicate updates to the team manager
  • Adapt to daily routes and changing schedules as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy items
  • Able to use basic delivery tools (dollies, box cutters, protective materials)
  • Clear communicator and team player
  • Experience with deliveries, moving, or specialty furnishings is a plus! We're excited to train the right person
  • NYC delivery experience preferred but not required
