Our Opportunity

GPJ is hiring a Carpenter Helper to join our growing team. 

This role is on-site, requiring you to report to our Las Vegas location a minimum of 5 days per week.

Your Role

As a Carpentry Helper, you'll embark on a hands-on learning journey, assisting in the construction, repair, and installation of various structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, metals, and other materials. This role is crucial for developing foundational carpentry skills and understanding the construction process.

Your Skills

  • Learn to interpret blueprints and construction plans, ensuring projects meet specifications.
  • Assist with measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials according to precise requirements.
  • Help install structures.
  • Support the inspection and repair of damaged structures or fixtures, and assist in maintaining existing woodwork.
  • Collaborate with other functions, learning the importance of teamwork in project completion.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing a safe work environment.
