Job description

Role - I&D Shop Foreman

Location: Las Vegas, NV


About Exponents Full-service exhibit design and build company specializing in custom trade show booths across the U.S. Fast-paced, deadline-driven, and built on precision and execution.


Position Overview Lead daily production at our Las Vegas facility โ€” from material readiness through final QC sign-off. You'll manage the shop floor, supervise bilingual teams, and own on-time delivery of every build.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.


Production Planning & Execution

  • Own the weekly build schedule and keep projects on time and on spec
  • Review drawings, BOMs, and project packets before builds kick off
  • Flag risks early and keep stakeholders aligned


Team Management

  • Assign daily manpower based on priorities and team strengths
  • Run daily floor meetings to align on deadlines
  • Hold the team to high standards of accountability and performance


Quality Control

  • Primary QC contact on the shop floor
  • Conduct in-process and final quality checks
  • Nothing ships without 100% QC approval


Resource & Floor Management

  • Optimize layout and space for simultaneous builds
  • Manage equipment usage and labor allocation


Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce OSHA standards and PPE use
  • Conduct routine safety and housekeeping audits


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in exhibit fabrication, millwork, carpentry, or production supervision
  • Experience as Shop Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Production Supervisor preferred
