The Royal Caribbean Group's Global Security Operations Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Analyst, Global Security Operations reporting to the Manager, Security.
This position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:
The Analyst, Security Operations supports the Global Security Operations team by assisting in the planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of shipboard and port security programs across Royal Caribbean Group. This role plays a critical part in operational readiness, regulatory compliance, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making by analyzing security data, documenting processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and providing day-to-day operational support to shipboard and shoreside stakeholders. The Analyst partners closely with Security Operations leadership and shipboard security teams to ensure effective implementation of security programs, timely reporting, and proactive identification of risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Security Operations & Program Support
  • Support shipboard and port security programs across the fleet and associated terminal facilities.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and administration of Ship Security Plans, equipment maintenance records, operational and turnaround reports, CCTV systems, locking plans, and other security-related documentation.
  • Support compliance with applicable regulatory, ISPS, and company security requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with shipboard security officers and shoreside stakeholders to support planning, tracking, and security status reporting.

Data Analysis, Metrics & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources including security reports, operational platforms, audits, and ongoing projects.
  • Identify key metrics and performance indicators to support risk mitigation strategies and leadership decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical products that identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
  • Establish and document standards for measuring efficiency and effectiveness across Fleet and Port Security Operations.

Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Document security processes, procedures, standards, and workflows to drive consistency, transparency, and institutional knowledge.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, data quality, reporting methodologies, and system utilization.
  • Support continuous improvement of security tools, platforms, and data collection techniques.

Project & Cross-Functional Support
  • Support the planning, tracking, and execution of security-related projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Assist in the development of long-range security planning initiatives and operational objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Guest Operations, and other stakeholders to support Global Security initiatives.
  • Support shipboard scheduling and disposition planning in partnership with HR schedulers to ensure PAR levels, coverage, and succession planning objectives are met.

Training & Operational Readiness
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of shipboard security-related training materials and guidance.
  • Support operational readiness activities through analysis, documentation, follow-up, and performance tracking.
  • Participate in ship visits and operational assessments as required to support training, audits, projects, or program reviews.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in security operations, maritime, aviation, intelligence, risk management, compliance, or operational analytics environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in reporting, data management, and collaboration tools including Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to author clear, concise reports, recommendations, and operational documentation with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience operating in multicultural and matrixed environments.
  • Ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively with shipboard teams and shoreside leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role with standard business hours; flexibility may be required to support global operations. Occasional travel is required to support ship visits, operational assessments, or project work. The role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and use standard office technology and equipment.
