Job description

This position is posted on a continuous basis and does not have a fixed application close date. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Job Title: Lead Auditor for either ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 42001 and/or ISO 27001

Location:ย ย Americas region, including US, Canada, Mexico, and South America including Caribbean

Responsibilities (high level overview, and not limited to):ย 

  • Conducting 3rd Party Management System Certification Audits
  • Establish Audit Program and Plan in advance of an audit
  • Effectively communicate audit planning and audit results with auditee within DEKRA audit report
  • Prepare and present audit findings, including nonconformities
  • Review and approve Corrective Action Plans
  • Verify effectiveness of Corrective Action Plans to close out non-conformities.
  • Travel to client site to conduct onsite audit, however many audits are done remotely

Qualifications:

  • Must have:ย  ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and/or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Certificationย 
  • Preferred to have: ย Management System Certification auditing experienceย 
  • Must have 2 years based work experience (Manufacturing, plant, training/teaching/lab/customer service)ย 
  • If you have a college degree: Must have 4 years full time work experience, with 2 being dedicated to quality, environmental, and/or Information Security Management Systems
  • If you have high school diploma: Must have 5 years full time work experience with 2 years dedicated to quality, environmental, and/or Information Security Management Systems
