The Executive Office Administrator is responsible for delivering excellent service in the office administration and management. This role establishes and drives a positive working environment and focuses on exceeding Team Member, Visitor, and Contractor Satisfaction. This position supports the General Manager and Executive Team (Directors) in all operational aspects to ensure the Destination performance objectives, KPIs, Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed Company's targets. The Executive Administrator leads by example and requires exemplary organization in administration, attention to detail, excellent Team Member engagement, training, knowledge of the product and service standards. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company's Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines. All Team Members may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their Supervisor or Management.
