Job Details:
  • Busy full-service restaurant Oceanfront, Busy Seasonal. Must be Available in Season.
  • 29 years, stellar reputation.
  • High volume. Achieving volume, speed, and accuracy.
  • The Line Cook position is year-round.
  • Guaranteed Overtime if Desired

Responsible for:
  • All aspects of the kitchen and kitchen staff.
  • Food inventory, food preparation, training, and reinforcement training.
  • MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PANTRY, FRYER.

Qualifications:
  • Motivational with leadership skills.
  • Must have formal training in kitchen and or a Current SERVE SAFE CERTIFICATION is a Plus.
  • High volume in season.
  • Off-season creativity.
  • Overtime offered.
  • Paid Vacation Time / One Year of employment.
