  • Provide inpatient and outpatient care for advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and complex cardiovascular disease

  • Manage heart failure therapies including mechanical circulatory support and advanced pharmacologic management

  • Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and advanced practice providers

  • Participate in quality initiatives, clinical research, and program development

  • MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease required
