Job description

Overview
We are seeking a Heart Failure Cardiologist to join a growing, collaborative cardiology program in a hospital-based setting. This is a unique opportunity to lead advanced heart failure care in an underserved region while working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex heart failure patients using evidence-based therapies
Perform advanced diagnostic and treatment planning for HF patients
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, pharmacists, and care teams
Contribute to program development and expansion of heart failure services
Maintain high standards of patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM
1:7 shared cardiology call rotation
Qualifications
MD/DO with completed cardiology fellowship
Advanced training or certification in Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiology
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Strong clinical and team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Cardiac imaging (MRI, advanced echo)
Experience with clinical trials or research
Familiarity with advanced HF therapies and guidelines
