Key Responsibilities:

  • Source MDs/DOs via Doximity, PracticeLink, NEJM CareerCenter using advanced Boolean searches.
  • Screen CVs for board certifications, malpractice history, and fellowship training.
  • Coordinate credentialing, negotiate locums/permanent contracts, manage physician visa processes.
  • Build specialty pipelines (e.g., cardiology, oncology, emergency medicine).
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years physician recruiting experience required.
  • Familiarity with FSMB, NBME, and locum tenens agencies.
  • Strong negotiation skills for high-value physician contracts.
