Position Overview

As a Sales Rep you will join a team of Comfort Advisors to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. You will cultivate and manage client relationships, identify, and pursue new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Below is an overview of the responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities, Identifying decision makers within targeted leads.
  • Provide customers with timely price quotes and latest technologies best designed to meet the customers' needs while leading with financing.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales-to-install handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meet with other Comfort Advisors to communicate sales targets, share best practices, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas requiring attention.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in the home services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
  • Evening and early morning, severe weather events, and weekend or holiday hours periodically.
