Loyalty Automotive is a locally owned and growing dealership group known for valuing its employees and delivering a strong customer experience. We’re looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead inventory, drive performance, and help grow our new Nissan Short Pump location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead used car inventory strategy, including trade-ins, purchases, and wholesale
  • Drive sales performance and support the team in hitting goals
  • Manage pricing and finance opportunities to maximize profitability
  • Stay ahead of market trends to keep inventory competitive
  • Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish
  • Coach and develop team members
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Sales Manager experience
  • 1+ year of Finance experience
  • Experience purchasing vehicles (auctions, trade-ins, wholesale)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
