Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers and assist them in identifying the type of vehicle which will meet their needs, and answer questions about available products and services.
  • Guide customers through the sales process
  • Explain features and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle in showroom or on road
  • Present purchase / lease proposals
  • Close the deal
  • Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
  • Engage customers after sale for a follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.

Sales Consultant - Job Requirements:
