Garcia Volkswagen of Santa Fe is hiring for a Sales Manager!  Business is booming and we are scheduling interviews for Automotive Sales Managers!

We offer an aggressive payplan, freedom to run your own store, and the only Volkswagen store in Santa Fe.

We are in growth mode and looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. Reynolds and Reynold a plus!

You will…

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars

You have…

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
