Service BDC | Appointment Setter - Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram / Morrow GA

Our dealership is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service BDC / Appointment Setter to support our Service Department. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through arrival.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming service calls in a prompt and professional manner

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments

  • Conduct outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and special campaigns

  • Respond to internet inquiries and online service requests in a timely manner

  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the dealership management system

  • Communicate appointment details and customer concerns to Service Advisors

  • Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance and appointment-setting goals

  • Assist in maintaining organized customer communication records

  • Support Service Manager and Advisors with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
