Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter for our Bargain Center. ย The Appointment Setter will be responsible for responding to and handling all incoming email and phone leads for customers shopping for vehicles online.


- Full-time working 12pm-8pm Mon-Thursday & Saturday 8am-6pm. (in-person/Not remote)ย 

- Hourly + performance bonuses


Responsibilities

  • ย Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • ย Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • ย Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center)
  • ย Check email frequently and respond to inquires immediatelyย 
  • ย Set customers up to come into the dealership, where a Sales specialist will guide them through the buying process
  • ย Sell yourself, the dealer ship, and the experience of shopping with Edwards Bargain Center

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to follow call scripts and handle objections over the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task is required
  • Self motivated and goal oriented
  • Must have valid driver's license
