* Dulles, VA What You Will Do * Provide support for Raytheon Program proposal with Supply Chain Logistics & Property Management scope.
* Manage the LPM Capture Team of 4 direct report employees as well as SMEs who assist in proposal work
* Develop and maintain appropriate metrics to provide for optimal planning, forecasting and monitoring of the Logistics and Property Management pipeline
* Provide accurate and timely communications to senior management and site managers regarding proposal efforts being worked and/or awarded
* Develop and deploy strategies to drive process efficiency and accuracy throughout the Logistics and Property Management proposal processes
* Collaboration with other Supply Chain functions to develop an integrated Supply Chain proposal plan
* With the Proposal Capture Team preparing all required proposal response documents and data input in a timely and efficient manner
* With Business Process Experts to define the most efficient method of capturing data to communicate proposal efforts
* With Logistics and Property Management cross-functional leaders to ensure the most efficient and practical solutions are developed for proposal efforts
* Review and analyze Program Quality Records (PQR) and PQR updates as released to understand Raytheon Product Levels (RPL), determine and define program RPL impacts within the Property Contract Information Record (PCIR).
* Establish a property contract record (PCIR) for new contracts that define the contractual property requirements.
* Responsible to prepare, support and attend Program Gate C & D process meetings/actions to ensure Programs are scoping and managing property accountable to the program throughout the Program life cycle.
* Communicate unique property terms and conditions to the appropriate Property Management Execution Team responsible for the specific contract involved.
* Availability to travel both International and Domestic Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum seven (7) years' experience.
* Experience with either Property Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, and/or Finance.
* Experience working with proposals.
* Supervisory or managerial experience.
* The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. * SME in multiple Logistics and/or Property Management functional areas
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Contracts or similar
