CAPP is a leading supplier of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, industrial automation, and mechanical products, serving tens of thousands of customers since 1950. Known for strong inventory availability, product sourcing, and customer service expertise, CAPP continues to grow while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

CAPP is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Customer Service Specialists. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for candidates looking to start a career in customer service with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to assist with product inquiries and order needs
• Provide product recommendations by understanding customer requirements
• Process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Assist with customer returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and updates
• Support internal teams to ensure smooth sales and operational processes
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and responsiveness
• Perform additional administrative or support tasks as needed

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience preferred (2 years a plus)
• HVAC, electrical, or industrial product exposure is a plus but not required
