The Programmer will work within an Oracle database environment and serve as a core member of a team of technology professionals supporting agency applications and data services.
The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database structures, PL/SQL code, and data integrations that enable secure, efficient, and accurate data flow across assigned systems. This includes active participation in both project and maintenance activities, providing technical leadership for data related tasks such as data modeling, ETL development, and integration of agency specific data into vendor hosted solutions.

Work closely with Data Architects and DBAs on performance tuning, code reviews, and database best practices.
Troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
Participate in planning, estimation, documentation, and technical design sessions for both new projects and ongoing maintenance efforts.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience supporting or integrating vendor-hosted or COTS systems
