Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES The IT Project Manager is expected to be able to accomplish the following: * Lead enterprise-level IT portfolio planning, coordination, and governance. * Develop, maintain, and optimize the IT investment portfolio roadmap. * Analyze project proposals to ensure technical, strategic, and financial alignment. * Facilitate portfolio review boards, prioritization cycles, and executive briefings. * Provide visibility into portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics. * Monitor cost, schedule, and performance across IT programs and projects. * Conduct business case analysis to support investment decisions. * Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, operations, finance, and leadership. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies, federal IT governance, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise architecture standards. * Provide advisory support on maturing portfolio processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
