The Supervisor will have various responsibilities, including:
  • Supervise assigned personnel.
  • Supervise direct reports in training & performance management.
  • Ensure all direct reports understand and follow warehouse standard operating procedures.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal client managers as needed.
  • Manage, monitor, and process workflow through the facility.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding any/all non-conforming situations in a timely manner.
  • Observe and suggest Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to measure productivity and success across the department.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and productive department environment.

Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • 5 years minimum experience in Warehouse Management.
  • Must have experience with warehouse protocols and correcting non-conformities.
  • Keen understanding of general Warehouse, Inventory and Supply Chain Processes including, Non-Conformance, and Put-away.
  • Organizational skills to handle high volume conditions, people, and various daily tasks.
  • Problem solving skills to be able to address matters as they arise and anticipate issues before they happen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong understanding of basic computing and the ability to learn multiple software applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
