As a Physical Therapist at Clear Skies Therapy LLC, you will work on-site in a collaborative and well-equipped outpatient office. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, mobility, and overall health status, allowing you to establish tailored treatment plans in accordance with physician directives.

• Design and implement effective therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation programs that address the functional limitations and disabilities of each patient.

• Document your evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress meticulously, utilizing professional jargon to support the necessity of skilled therapy for billing and compliance.

• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and other support personnel, ensuring they follow your guidelines to deliver optimal patient care and maintain productivity standards.

• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and therapeutic outcomes, striving for continuous improvement in patient function and quality of life.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to develop comprehensive care strategies for each patient.

This position primarily focuses on adult and geriatric populations experiencing various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will be pivotal in assisting patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic illnesses, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence. • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Physical Therapy is required.

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license issued by the State of Virginia.
