Regular business hours will be your guideline, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify client needs, develop, and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care—to deliver individualized therapy to individuals, groups, and families.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, coordinating services to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, drawing on your clinical skills to manage high-stress scenarios effectively.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, facilitating workshops and seminars to educate the public about mental health issues and resources available to them.

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a commitment to timely, accurate documentation.

• Experience in a community health setting, familiar with the challenges and barriers faced by diverse populations in accessing mental health care.
• Knowledge and experience in crisis intervention strategies and techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined client management and documentation.
