Position: Director of Canvassing-Lead our team and drive customer outreach efforts. No Selling!

Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
  • Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry.
