Description
  • Generate and process weekly accounts payable utilizing CANOPY software through invoice entry, check printing and mailing
  • Generate weekly grower payments utilizing MTECH software along with manual reconciliations
  • Generate and distribute grower rankings
  • Assist with Grower inquiries
  • Assist with Service Tech inquiries
  • This list is not all inclusive and there may be other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • 1-3 years accounts general accounting experience
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient in data entry and management

Physical Requirements
  • Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant using computers, telephones and other office equipment.
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Walk in an outside environment (including inclement weather conditions).
  • Occasionally subject to dusty and hot environments.
  • Frequently exposed to fumes and airborne particles.
  • Work around raw, live animal odors.
