We're looking for an amazing Cultivation Lead to join our Cultivation Department and be a key part of our day-to-day growing operations and we want to get to knowyou!
As the Cannabis Cultivation Lead, you'll play a hands-on leadership role, working alongside the cultivation team to support daily grow activities while providing guidance, direction, and support. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, brings strong cultivation knowledge to the table, and takes pride in attention to detail. Pay: $18.00 - $21.00per hour/depending on experience.
Required Duties:
Lead and support daily cultivation activities including planting, pruning, trellising, harvesting, sanitation, and IPM
Monitor plant health and identify pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental stress
Maintain optimal grow conditions through proper lighting, irrigation, nutrients, and moisture
Train, coach, and mentor Cultivation team members; lead by example
Ensure compliance with SOPs, state regulations, and METRC requirements
Complete and review cultivation logs, batch records, inventory tracking, and waste procedures
Support cloning, transplant readiness, topping/pinching, plant shaping, and proper harvesting techniques
Move, fill, amend, and empty pots as directed
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across all grow areas
Communicate plant health concerns, improvements, and production updates to leadership
Essential Job Functions:
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds
- Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on cannabis cultivation experience

- Ability to focus on work and be mentally present while on the clock.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all staff members.
