Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager

Allegro MicroSystems

Manchester, NH • On-site

Full-time

Job description

The Allegro team is united by a clear purpose-advancing technologies that make the world safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business-from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve.
The Opportunity
As the Global Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will be a lead architect for Allegro's digital demand generation engine, turning world-class semiconductor innovation into measurable market leadership. You will bridge the gap between technical storytelling and modern performance marketing, orchestrating high-impact global campaigns that drive the adoption of our sensing and power solutions across xEV, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), AI data center, and robotics, and industrial mass-market. This is a high-visibility role requiring a "One Allegro" mindset to collaborate across Applications, Sales, and Product teams to remove friction from the customer journey and accelerate our global design-in pipeline.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of global marketing campaigns, in partnership with Applications Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales teams, with a focus on priority growth vectors spanning automotive, industrial, or product/technology applications depending on business priority.
  • Architect and own the performance of the marketing funnel, specifically driving MQL-to-Opportunity conversion and pipeline velocity through advanced lead scoring and automated nurturing.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing plans using a modern channel mix: email, display advertising, webinars, content syndication, and emerging AI-native discovery channels.
  • Influence the company's SEO and GEO strategy, ensuring Allegro's products, applications, and thought leadership are surfaced not only in traditional search engines but in AI-generated answers and LLM responses.
  • Partner with Sales and SalesOps to deliver integrated Campaign-in-a-Box enablement tools that empower our global field teams to accelerate design-ins.
  • Craft targeted messaging and calls to action that resonate with industrial executives, design engineers, and applications engineers across every stage of a modern, non-linear buying journey.
  • Evaluate campaign performance across both traditional KPIs and emerging AI visibility metrics, leveraging data to continuously optimize strategy and report on marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Assist with planning and managing company participation in industry-focused events and trade shows.

What You'll Bring
  • 3-7 years of B2B growth or demand generation marketing experience, ideally within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industrial space, with exposure to automotive, industrial, or product/technology marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business required; BSEE or a degree in a related technical field is strongly preferred.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies aligned to an Attract, Engage, Convert model, turning qualified demand into measurable pipeline.
  • Advanced Mastery of the technology stack, including:
    • HubSpot - advanced campaign building, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and multi-touch attribution reporting
    • Salesforce - CRM management, pipeline tracking and MQL to SQL handoff workflows
    • Canva/Figma - collaboration on creative asset development, landing page design, and visual storytelling
  • A strong understanding of SEO and GEO - including how search engines and AI-powered tools discover, rank, and surface content online, with the ability to ensure all campaign content, assets, and messaging are created in a way that enhances Allegro's visibility and positioning across both traditional search and AI-generated results
  • Clear understanding of nurture best practices and the ability to build programs that move leads through a modern, multi-touch funnel
  • Experience building, testing, and optimizing landing pages and content hubs for conversion and AI discoverability
  • Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing, time-sensitive priorities
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the buying cycles of one or more of the following: automotive, industrial, or product/technology markets, and experience engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Background in or knowledge of semiconductor applications in at least one of the following areas: automotive (xEV, ADAS), industrial (AI data centers, robotics, energy infrastructure, etc.) or product/technology (motor drivers, current sensors, power ICs, connectivity solutions).
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, or predictive audience targeting
  • Knowledge of how to audit and improve a brand's presence and citation rate within AI-generated search results
