ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Brand & Integrated Campaigns Manager is a brand-new role at Cresta. Your job will be to tell our story in creative ways that break through the noise. Part storyteller, part creative driver, and part brand, ad, and integrated campaign strategist, it is your job to leverage all of the cool things happening at Cresta to increase brand awareness, reputation, and growth.
You'll work within a highly talented and creative Marketing organization to dream up, create, and execute on breakthrough campaigns incorporating video, visual, written, and social media content as well as out-of-home advertising. In partnership with the Head of Communications and the CMO, your job is to "own the narrative."
The right candidate will bring their own vision to this high-impact, high-ownership role. This job is perfect for a multi-talented creative thinker who is up for a challenge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and drive integrated campaigns across social, digital, out-of-home, and events incorporating video, visual, audio, and written media
  • Bring your experience leading highly visible brand campaigns to the role to help Cresta break through the noise with clarity and purpose
  • Constantly dream up new storylines and creative tactics to get them in front of our audiences
  • Partner across Communications, Content Marketing, Creative, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing, and executive leadership to produce world-class strategies and content and bring them to market
  • Constantly mine Cresta to uncover that next great untold story

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years experience in brand/integrated marketing, advertising, or creative strategy, including at least 1 year in enterprise tech.
  • Experience executing complex multi-modal campaigns at top-tier organizations: show us your portfolio!
  • Have worked on high-visibility brand and advertising campaigns for a B2B brand
  • Experience driving messaging and storytelling for a fast-growing company
  • Messaging excellence: you can communicate complex ideas simply
  • Creative mindset: you are full of ideas and are savvy about what works on social media, video and static advertising including out-of-home, and in written media
  • Detail-oriented: you care about your ideas being well executed
  • Highly collaborative & self-directed: you know how to get things done
  • Comfortable working with senior executives and pushing them outside of their comfort zone
  • Coachable, resilient, and highly motivated to drive outcomes
  • San Francisco Bay Area or New York City preferred; willing to work in the office a minimum of 2x per week
