About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of global strategy and local execution. Your mission as the Campaigns Manager is to develop "always-on" global campaign strategies that drive demand and brand awareness across all regions, while acting as the primary marketing lead for FCM Meetings & Events in Australia. This role can be based in North Sydney, NSW, South Bank, QLD or Melbourne, VIC.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Global Strategy: Own the end-to-end creation of integrated campaigns, from briefing and planning to regional handover and manage the D2C marketing strategy

  • Local Execution: Execute and optimise campaigns for the AU market, partnering with local sales teams to activate pipeline opportunities

  • Commercial Leadership: Represent marketing on the AU Management Team, bringing a "marketer's lens" to commercial decisions to ensure sustainable growth

  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Leverage data and reporting to demonstrate marketing's contribution to revenue and refine global best practices

Who You Are
  • Qualification: Marketing degree or equivalent experience (highly desired)
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing (creative, events, or advertising sectors highly desired)
  • Campaign Expert: Proven track record in delivering integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Matrix Navigator: Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM, marketing automation, and paid media best practices
