Job description

Overview

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager, Marketing Delivery to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is focused on day-to-day coordination, program delivery, and ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly proactive, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing plans to life.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Delivery

  • Support campaign execution across channels including email, web, digital, events, and PR
  • Help gather assets, inputs, and approvals required for campaign launches
  • Support quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing materials

Project Management & Operational Coordination

  • Manage timelines, trackers, and project documentation to keep programs organized and moving forward
  • Assist in translating marketing plans into task lists, timelines, and executional workflows
  • Track campaign deliverables and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to program leads

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with channel teams and internal partners to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned to plans
  • Schedule and support project meetings, including capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed with regular updates on status and milestones

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Compile basic performance metrics and reporting to support campaign reviews
  • Assist with post-campaign wrap-ups and documentation of key learnings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

OR

High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign execution
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn across marketing disciplines
  • Agency and/or financial services experience is a plus
