Bi-Weekly Salary: $3,846.16 - $4,423.08

Please note: This will be a W-2 In-house contract role

The Manager, Integrated Marketing - Temp will support the development and execution of seasonal storytelling and content strategies across key product and marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and Photo teams to ensure seasonal priorities are translated into cohesive omnichannel content and executed consistently from brief through final delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop seasonal storytelling strategies aligned with key product investments and marketing priorities.
  • Create and maintain content plans that provide visibility into the omnichannel strategy, key initiatives, and deliverables.
  • Support content strategy and creative briefs for seasonal campaigns, special projects, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Present content direction to Creative and Photo teams, including flats, PDP, editorial, and campaign content needs.
  • Partner with Creative and Photo teams from briefing through final execution to ensure content aligns with the overarching strategy.
  • Coordinate creative asset development, reviews, approvals, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support campaign management, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and track key milestones across initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in content strategy, integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign planning, preferably within retail, fashion, or a consumer brand.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel content and creative development.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and Photo teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
