Lotus Media Group is looking for a motivated, community-driven Marketing Consultant to join our team in Douglas County.

This is more than a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who believes in local businesses and wants to play a direct role in helping them grow. Our consultants work with clients to build strategic marketing campaigns across radio, print, Connected TV (CTV), and digital platformsdesigned to drive real business results.

At Lotus Media Group, we dont just sell advertising. We build customer pipelines.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop new business relationships within Douglas County and surrounding areas
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals across radio, print, CTV, and digital platforms
  • Build customized marketing strategies that move clients through the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Leverage print as a trusted local storytelling platform alongside broadcast and digital channels
  • Present and close advertising solutions with confidence and clarity
  • Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and campaign management
  • Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure campaign success across all platforms
  • Accurately complete orders, maintain account records, and support collections as needed
