The Role

The Lead Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization and evolution of Lumen's marketing automation ecosystem. This role supports campaign execution through project management, platform administration, integration management, data quality improvements and process standardization while partnering with stakeholders to support changing business requirements and new technology adoption. This position partners across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Product, Analytics, and external vendors to drive operational excellence and support evolving business requirements through automation and process innovation.

Fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Marketo and related marketing technologies to support reliable, scalable campaign execution
  • Own the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of integrations between Marketo and connected systems including Salesforce, Demandbase, Conversica, Knak, NeverBounce, ZoomInfo, OneTrust and future marketing technologies along with the strategy for how to best utilize these systems
  • Lead onboarding of new technologies and integrations, including strategy, security reviews, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation and ongoing support
  • Increase efficiency through project management enhancements and change management processes
  • Drive improvements in data quality, compliance, segmentation and customer experience across the marketing technology stack  
  • Perform QA of Marketo campaigns prior to deployment. Support standardization efforts that improve consistency, scalability and campaign performance  
  • Own the documentation that support knowledge sharing, operational consistency and stakeholder communication 
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Required Qualifications
    • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification
    • 5-10 years of experience administering and optimizing Marketo in enterprise environments
    • Experience supporting large-scale marketing automation programs and campaign operations.  
    • Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and complex marketing technology ecosystems
    • Experience managing integrations across multiple marketing technologies and supporting data-driven marketing operations.  
    • Experience developing documentation, process maps, operational procedures, and training materials.  
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.  
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with multiple marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  
    • Experience supporting enterprise MarTech ecosystems including Salesforce, Demandbase, Conversica, ZoomInfo, OneTrust, NeverBounce, webinar platforms, and event technologies.  
    • Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management platforms.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$105,786 - $141,047 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$111,074 - $148,099 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$116,364 - $155,152 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
