Job description

Welcome to Camp Cold Springs, your new favorite escape on the Frio River! Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, our brand-new cabins are designed for rest, adventure, and unforgettable memories. We’re looking for a Housekeeper with outdoor or camp experience to help keep our grounds and cabins fresh, welcoming, and ready for our Happy Campers.

If you love working in nature, don’t mind a little dirt on your boots, and take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces—this might be your perfect camp match.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key part of the Camp Cold Springs team, you’ll help set the tone for every guest stay by:

  • Cleaning and preparing cabins between guest stays (beds, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces)

  • Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor-adjacent areas such as porches, walkways, fire pit areas, and common spaces

  • Noticing the little details that make a big difference for guests

  • Restocking linens, towels, and cabin supplies

  • Reporting maintenance or safety issues to the team

  • Working efficiently while respecting the natural environment around you

  • All other job related duties

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Previous housekeeping, camp, lodge, park, or outdoor hospitality experience

  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in a job well done

  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

  • A love for nature and creating great guest experiences

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Work in a beautiful riverside, Hill Country setting

  • Be part of a fun, welcoming team that values respect and teamwork

  • Help create memorable stays for guests looking to unplug and unwind

  • A role that blends hospitality with the outdoors—no two days are the same

At Camp Cold Springs, cleanliness isn’t just about tidy cabins—it’s about creating a peaceful, comfortable space where our Happy Campers can relax and enjoy nature. If that sounds like something you’d love to be part of, we’d love to meet you.
