Position Summary:
The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations overnight while completing daily financial and system audits. This role ensures accuracy in reporting and supports guest needs during overnight hours, including during the busy summer tourism season.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
  • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests
  • Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and billing
  • Maintain a secure and quiet environment overnight
  • Communicate important updates to the daytime team
  • Follow all company and brand standards

Qualifications:
  • Previous front desk or accounting experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized overnight
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak summer months
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
  • Reliable and able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
