Position Title:
Forklift Driver

Pay Rate:
Hourly $23.38

Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time, 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. M-F

Overtime will be required

The Job You Will Perform:
  • Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload trailers, railcars, and production lines in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Transport raw materials and finished products to designated storage and production areas.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through proper product handling, storage, and documentation.
  • Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Support production and warehouse operations as needed to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve operational goals.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred.
