The CAMC Pathways to Success program is designed to help eliminate those barriers and equip adults for successful lives through employment and growth opportunities across CAMC facilities. Qualified individuals hired into the program must be willing to commit to the requirements and adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards throughout the duration of the program.
