Property Accountant
Are you looking for a position with a well established Real Estate company?

This group located in Irvine, CA specializes in office/industrial space and providing attractive and efficient office environments.
This Property Accountant will support properties with all general ledger accounting duties and accounting reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Inputting and posting all property cash receipts
  • Preparing weekly cash reports
  • Preparing monthly tenant statements
  • Reconciling tenant ledgers
  • Preparing receipt charge batches for corporate entities and preparing intercompany billings
  • Reviewing payable batches ensuring property G/L coding, description, and supporting documentation
  • Preparing month end accruals
  • Posting rent and CAM charges
  • Handling late fees and bill backs
  • Monthly and quarterly AR review
  • CAM reconciliations

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years real estate accounting experience
  • Experience with Excel a must, Yardi or MRI experience preferred
