Callidus Developer

3 months contract to hire looking to fill both Jr. Level and Sr. Level positions. Client: Enterprise Network developer. Location: Hybrid in the following locations: CLT, NC- Dallas, TX- St. Louis MO- Maddison, Wisconsin- Stamford, CT- Denver, CO.

Day to Day Responsibilities/Project Specifics

JOB SUMMARY This job is responsible for supporting the design and configurations of our compensation systems. Partner with internal key business and functional stakeholders as well as external system vendors to understand business objectives, requirements, and system delivery capabilities to provide effective system solutions. Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Callidus Cloud system or Crystal Reports or Callidus Work Flow is highly desirable.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to design, development, review and maintenance of the commission plan configurations, analytical reports and Workflows for sales and admin users of the Commission Systems.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute on system enhancements to continuously improve the end user experience.
  • Partner with the key stakeholders to identify, analyze and document new business requirements and translate them to technical system requirements.
  • Complete system configuration changes and provide solutions for the business requirements and challenges.
  • Serve as a liaison among HR, IT, HRIS, Payroll, and key business stakeholders to provide systems support and to fully leverage our systems capabilities to meet the needs of the business and our workforce.
  • Provide escalated system support and resolve issues for internal system users.
  • Work collaboratively with internal developers and testers on Comp Plan Implementation Projects.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
  • Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
    • Ability to take initiative and work in a highly dynamic environment
    • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines
    • Ability to work comfortably with technical and non-technical individuals
    • Ability to synthesize business issues into technical solutions and to document and execute system requirements
    • Demonstrable understanding of business analysis and system/process design skills
    • Strong technical skills with concentrated abilities in relational database and compensation system configurations
    • In-depth understanding of the movement of sets of data, master systems and downstream systems and the way data sets are related to one another
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent work experience and/or certifications
  • Related Work Experience
    • 8+ years of IT Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of comparable enterprise commission systems such as Callidus Cloud, Optymyze, Xactly Incent, Iconixx Sales, Oracle Incentive Compensation module
    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on data base programing experience in Oracle or SAP HANA or any other RDBMS
    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on Commissions reporting such as Crystal Reports or OBIEE or Commissions work flow experience such as Callidus Workflow or any similar technology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP Callidus Cloud or other comparable sales commission system is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processes
  • Exposures to major billing (Salesforce, Siebel, and CSG preferred) or any CRM systems
  • Telecommunications/Cable industry experience preferred
